Business Analyst (ICT)

Responsibilities:

• Elicit requirements using documents analysis, requirements workshop, business process description, cases or scenarios, business analyst, task and workflow analysis.

• Require to design mediated schema, define data mapping and evaluate information gathered from multiple source, change request, reconcile conflict, decompose to a general understanding and distinguish user request from underlying true needs.

• Provide application support for end users if required

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any other related field

• At least two (2) years of working experience in IT Operation of Application development/support

• Posses strong Business Knowledge on Retails Sector

• Good in writing SQL Scripting and other reporting tools (e.g Crystal Report)

• Experience in supporting ERP system (e.g Navision)

• Experience on Managing users, vendors will have an added advantage

• Candidate with application development background are encourage to apply

• Full-time position are available

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
