• Manage one or more projects assigned by Head, Project Management to ensure successful implementation as planned.

• Manage project team to define the scope, requirements and effort estimation, plan and manage schedules, cost and resources, roll-out and integration activities, coordinate efforts between internal team, end users and third party vendors.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues in a timely manner.

• Track and manage project progress, report project status to stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Provide input on short- and long-range project planning efforts.

• Comply with all standard controls and processes, both internally including System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and externally, as defined by business / operating unit processes.

• Assist Head, Project Management to reduce overhead costs and meet budgeted targets.

Database Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the updating, versioning and security of the database

Ensure correct and complete data entry of all records collected

Ensure generation of reports as required on the data

Major Activities

Develop and implement processes for ensuring daily punching in of data records

Manage and lead a team of Data entry executives located across cities

Ensure data entry completeness and accuracy

Ensure generation of MIS reports as required

Implement processes to enhance data security, back-up and access management

Problem solving, monitoring and process improvement throughout the activity

Requirements:

a) Essential Qualifications: Relevant qualifications for managing databases in MS Access and MS office

b) Requisite Skills:

Technical - Database Management

Functional - Information Technology

Behavioral - Should be able to manage and lead teams, handle challenging deadlines, and pay attention to details

c) Work Experience

4-5 years’ experience of managing large amounts to data.

Preferably, previous experience as a Team Leader.
